🚀 Hiring: Project Leader – Skill Development Programs
📍 Kolkata | 💰 ₹60K–₹1.2L/month | Full-time
We are looking for an experienced Project Leader to drive large-scale Skill Development Programs at NCSM Foundation.
With 400+ centers across India and recognition from the Government of India (🏆 Digital India Award 2017), NCSM is actively working on impactful initiatives including DDUGKY, PMKVY, CSR, and State Skill Missions.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
✔ Lead end-to-end execution of skill development projects
✔ Manage training centers, teams, and stakeholders
✔ Ensure target achievement (mobilization, training, placement)
✔ Handle MIS, compliance, and reporting
✔ Coordinate with government departments & partners
✔ Maintain quality standards across projects
🎯 Who Should Apply?
✅ 5+ years experience in Skill Development / Project Management
✅ Strong knowledge of DDUGKY / PMKVY / CSR projects
✅ Leadership & multi-project handling capability
✅ Excellent communication & coordination skills
🎓 Preferred
✔ Graduate / MBA
✔ Experience with Government Skill Projects
