Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Team Lead Manager role, located in Thane. The Team Lead Manager will oversee and guide the performance of team members, ensuring they meet organizational goals and project objectives. Responsibilities include managing daily operations, monitoring timelines, reporting on progress, coordinating across departments, and implementing strategic plans. The role also requires fostering team collaboration and mentoring members to achieve individual and collective success.
