Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Team Lead Manager role based in Jaipur. The Team Lead Manager will oversee a team working on valuations, SME IPO projects, and other merchant banking and corporate advisory assignments, ensuring high-quality deliverables and compliance with regulatory requirements. The role involves planning and allocating work, reviewing financial analyses and documentation, coordinating with clients and investors, and supporting senior management in project execution. The Team Lead Manager will monitor timelines, resolve operational issues, mentor team members, and contribute to process improvements and best practices. The position requires regular collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners to maintain service standards and support business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management abilities, including task delegation, performance monitoring, and mentoring team members.
- Solid understanding of finance, capital markets, and corporate transactions, with exposure to valuations, IPOs, or merchant banking preferred.
- Proficiency in financial analysis, report preparation, and documentation review, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with clients, investors, regulators, and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work in a structured, compliance-focused environment.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; professional certifications (CA, CFA, MBA in Finance) are an advantage.
- Comfort with MS Office tools and basic financial modeling; familiarity with regulatory frameworks relevant to merchant banking is beneficial.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills, professional integrity, and a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic financial services setting.
