Role Description The Team Lead Manager is a full-time, on-site role located in the Greater Ahmedabad Area. This role is responsible for leading a team of consultants and support staff, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and ensuring delivery of high-quality services to clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing project execution, coordinating with clients to understand their needs, resolving operational issues, and ensuring timelines and service standards are met. The Team Lead Manager will also support process improvement, mentor team members, facilitate training, and collaborate with senior leadership to achieve business goals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in team leadership or people management, including task allocation, performance monitoring, and coaching.
- Background in business consulting, operations management, or related fields, preferably supporting startups or MSMEs.
- Strong client communication and relationship management abilities, with a focus on service quality and problem-solving.
- Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail and a structured approach to processes.
- Proficiency in standard office productivity tools and comfort with documentation, reporting, and basic data analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Commerce, or a related discipline; a postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Experience working in consultancy, professional services, or a similar client-facing setup is highly beneficial.
