Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Team leader personal loan sales located in Chennai. The Tele Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and leading a team of telesales representatives to achieve sales targets, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, monitoring and analyzing sales performance, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role also involves training and motivating the sales team, handling escalated customer inquiries, and maintaining a well-organized sales pipeline.
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales Management, Team Leadership, and Sales Training
- Strong skills in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Customer Service
- Proficiency in Telemarketing and Business Development
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Experience in the finance industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree must
