Overview
We are looking for a professional with strong experience in
HR legal matters,
employee‑related compliance, and
contract drafting & review. This role will support HR in managing legal issues, ensuring policy adherence, and coordinating with the legal team on all documentation and compliance requirements.
Responsibilities
- Handle HR legal issues, employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and statutory compliance.
- Liaise with the Legal team on notices, investigations, and risk mitigation.
- Draft, review, and manage employment contracts, agreements, and HR policy documents.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR governance.
- Maintain accurate documentation for all legal‑HR cases.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in HR Legal, compliance, and contract drafting.
- Strong understanding of labor laws, HR processes, and documentation.
- Excellent drafting, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive cases with confidentiality and professionalism.
