Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Lead Last Mile Operations, based in Medchal. The Team Lead will oversee and manage day-to-day last-mile delivery operations, focusing on ensuring optimal route planning and delivery timelines. The role involves monitoring delivery performance, addressing operational challenges, managing vehicle allocation, and driving customer satisfaction. The candidate will be responsible for managing a team of delivery personnel, ensuring efficient workflows, and maintaining high operational standards in alignment with Delhivery's policies and strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Satisfaction skills with the ability to prioritize customer needs and ensure excellent service quality.
• Proficiency in Analytical Skills to evaluate operations data and develop strategies to enhance efficiency.
• Experience in Operations Management, ensuring seamless handling of last-mile delivery processes.
• Proven People Management skills to lead a diverse team, resolve conflicts, and motivate staff effectively.
• Strong Communication skills for effective interactions with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with logistics and last-mile delivery operations is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Operations, or related field preferred.
