Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position as a Team Lead (ISA) located in Coimbatore. As a Team Lead at FACE Prep, you will oversee and manage a team of career mentors and instructors, ensuring the delivery of high-quality training programs. Your responsibilities will include curriculum planning and execution, team mentoring, student performance tracking, and providing strategic insights to improve training methodologies. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional learning outcomes and work towards achieving organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Leadership and team management skills
- Strong communication, mentoring, and motivational abilities
- Content development, organizing training sessions, and instructional design skills
- Knowledge of tech industry trends and recruitment processes
- Problem-solving and strategic planning skills
- Familiarity with programming languages and technical training experience is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
