We are seeking a Visa Specialist Team Leader to oversee the visa operations team and ensure smooth, accurate, and timely visa processing for international recruitment. The ideal candidate will manage a small team, coordinate with embassies, ensure compliance, and maintain high-quality documentation standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the visa operations team to ensure targets and timelines are met.
- Review and verify all visa applications and documentation.
- Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and clients to resolve queries.
- Ensure adherence to visa regulations and process compliance.
- Train and guide team members on best practices and updates in visa procedures.
- Prepare reports and maintain process accuracy and efficiency.
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in visa processing/documentation, with at least 6 months in a leadership or senior role.
- Strong knowledge of visa regulations and documentation procedures.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and team management skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Work Details:
- Salary: 4.2 lpa to 8 lpa
- Timings: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM (Work from Office)
- Working Days: Monday – Saturday (1st and 3rd Saturday off)
- Location: Mohan Cooperative Industrial Estate
