Team Lead - Human Resources (for a Retail Tech SaaS company)
Experience: 6+ Years (Minimum 5.5+ Years)
Location: Gurgaon
(Immediate Joiners preferred, max 30 day notice)
Reporting To: Senior Manager – HR
Role Summary
The Team Leader – HR will support business leaders on people matters while also guiding the recruitment team to ensure quality hiring and smooth HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Partner with business leaders on HR matters and team management.
• Support performance management and OKR implementation across teams.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and workplace concerns.
• Drive employee engagement and culture initiatives.
• Work closely with the recruitment team to support quality hiring.
• Participate in interviews for key and critical positions.
• Monitor hiring progress and guide recruiters when required.
• Ensure smooth coordination between HRBP, HR Operations, and Talent Acquisition.
• Mentor and support junior HR team members.
• Assist in implementing HR policies, initiatives, and strategic projects.
Preferred Candidate
• 6–8 years of HR experience.
• Exposure to HRBP and recruitment processes.
• Experience working with leadership teams.
• Preferably from IT / technology industry.
Required Skills
• HRBP Talent Management
Mandatory Key Requirements (Mandatory and Non-Negotiable)
• 5.5+ years of experience in Human Resources and Recruitment both
• 2-3 years of team leading experience of 4-5 team members
• Stakeholder Management & Leading the HR ops & recruitment team
• MIS report preparation
• Employee Relations
• Grievances
• HR Policies
• PMF, quaterly review of employees
