Description•
Manages and leads a team of employees. Communicates company goals, safety practices, and deadlines to team. Motivates team members and assesses performance. Provides help to management, including hiring and training, and keeps management updated on team performance. Communicates concerns and policies among management and team members.
Requirements•
Bachelor’s degree with team leadership experience.
•
Document creation or GD art with knowledge of Adobe applications an additional advantage.
•
Strong oral and written communication skills, high technical aptitude.
•
Strong attention to organization and detail, should manage large production team.
•
Self-motivated and self-managed approach with a high degree of analytical and problem-solving ability.
•
Solid priority management and time management skills, with the ability to re calibrate quickly according to changing conditions.
•
A team-oriented approach to problem-solving with customer service skills.
•
Knowledge on marketing collateral products/designing or promotional products; beneficial.
Responsibilities•
Manages orders in system, including keeping detailed quality metrics on services, and advising management on team performance.
•
Provides encouragement to team members, including communicating team goals and identifying areas for new training or skill checks
•
Supports team manager and performs management duties when manager is absent or out of office
•
Assists management with hiring processes and training of new team member(s)
•
Resolve teams queries, helps team with understanding job profiles, and oversees team member work for quality and guideline compliance
•
Communicates deadlines and sales goals to team members
•
Develops strategies to promote team member adherence to company regulations and performance goals
•
Conducts team meetings to update members on best practices and continuing expectations
•
Generates, shares and presents comprehensive and detailed reports about team performance, mission-related objectives, and deadlines
•
Ensures company brand materials and physical working spaces meet and exceed company presentation standards
•
Provides quality customer service, including interacting with customers, answering customer enquire, and effectively handling customer complaints
