We’re looking for a Team Lead (6–9 years experience) to join a leading business consulting environment and drive high-impact data initiatives.
Location: Hyderabad
What we’re looking for:-
- Strong expertise in SQL (mandatory – advanced level)
- Hands-on experience with ETL processes & Data Warehousing concepts
- Solid understanding of data pipelines, dimensional modeling, and data validation
- Experience working in production support / SLA-driven environments
- Ability to mentor and lead a team (2-3members)
- Good exposure to Python or any programming language
- Strong communication & stakeholder management skills
Key Responsibilities:-
- Design, build, and optimize data pipelines & ETL workflows
- Handle production issues, debugging, and RCA
- Ensure data quality, performance optimization, and SLA adherence
- Collaborate with stakeholders and drive delivery excellence
- Mentor junior team members and conduct code reviews
