Job Description: Team Leader – Lead Generation Ed-Tech
Salary:- Upto 6lpa
Location:- Mumbai andheri
Experience -1-2 yrs of experience
Responsibilities
• Team leadership:
Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets.
• Strategy and planning:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to meet organizational goals.
• Performance management:
Monitor team performance, analyze sales data and trends, and provide regular feedback and coaching.
• Training and development:
Train and onboard new sales representatives, and help improve the performance of existing staff.
• Collaboration:
Work with other departments to ensure alignment and support sales efforts.
• Client relations:
Stake holder management for Clients to help resolve any escalated service issues.
• Reporting:
Prepare and present sales reports and performance updates to senior management.
• Audit:
Daily call audit of underperforming agents to identify AOI and implement mitigation and improvement plan accordingly
Additional Skills
• Proven experience in sales.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and sales and service skills.
• Demonstrated ability to meet sales goals.
• Sound business judgment and commercial awareness.
• Lead Generation Experience in Edtech will be an added advantage
