Role Description
This full-time on-site role is based in Coimbatore and involves leading and managing an e-commerce operations team. The Team Lead will oversee daily operations, ensure customer satisfaction, manage team performance, and implement strategies to enhance process efficiency. Responsibilities also include analyzing operational data to identify opportunities for improvement and maintaining clear communication across teams and stakeholders to achieve business goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Satisfaction and strong Communication skills to manage customer inquiries and build positive relationships.
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate operational data and identify areas for improvement.
- Experience in Operations Management to streamline processes and drive efficiency.
- Competent People Management skills to lead, motivate, and develop a collaborative team environment.
- Ability to multitask and problem-solve effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in e-commerce operations or a related field is a plus.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Operations, or related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and tools is advantageous.
