Role Description
This is an on-site contract role located in Bengaluru for the position of Team Lead - Donor Recruitment. The role involves designing and implementing recruitment strategies to register blood stem cell donors, planning and executing awareness campaigns, and collaborating with stakeholders such as community groups, healthcare professionals, and corporate partners. The Team Lead is also responsible for managing a team to achieve donor recruitment and outreach goals and preparing reports to track program outcomes and progress.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in leadership and team management, with the ability to motivate and guide a team toward achieving goals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with donors, community groups, and corporate partners
- Experience in marketing, community outreach, or program coordination, ideally within the non-profit or healthcare sector
- Organizational and project management skills to plan and execute events, campaigns, and donor drives
- Data analysis and reporting capabilities to measure program success and suggest improvements
- Proficiency in applicable software tools for program management and communication
- A degree in communications, marketing, public health, or a related field is preferred
