Team Lead – Role Summary
Relevant Exp - 6-8 Years
What You’ll Do:
- Apply strong understanding of SDLC
- Mentor and guide team members technically
- Collaborate with client stakeholders (communication & presentations)
- Learn new domains/technologies quickly
- Maintain a detail-oriented, quality-focused approach
What You’ll Bring:
- 4–5 years of IT experience (operations teams)
- Experience with AWS or other public cloud platforms
- Hands-on with ETL tools/technologies
- Proficiency in at least one: Python, Java, React, Tableau, or Power BI
- Strong SQL and database expertise (mandatory)
- Experience mentoring 2–3 team members
- Familiarity with ServiceNow and SharePoint
- Ability to debug complex client issues and meet SLAs
- Strong individual contributor with team leadership capability
