Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Lead - Cost & Estimation Engineer, based in Mumbai. The role involves managing and supervising cost estimation processes for trade show booth fabrication projects. Responsibilities include developing and analyzing cost estimates, overseeing material requirements, timelines, and budgets, and working closely with the design and fabrication teams to achieve project goals. The Team Lead will also guide cost estimation engineers, ensure high standards of accuracy in project budgets, and liaise with suppliers to optimize costs.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Cost Estimation, Project Costing, and Budgeting for engineering and fabrication projects
- Strong knowledge of Material Analysis, Bill of Materials (BOM), and resource planning
- Leadership qualities, including team management and the ability to guide and motivate a team of engineers
- Proficient in the use of cost estimation software and MS Office tools
- Effective communication and negotiation skills for supplier coordination and stakeholder management
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related Field.
- Experience in trade shows, exhibition setups, or similar industries is highly preferred
- Strong multitasking abilities and a commitment to meeting deadlines
