Job details:
- Maintaining submarine network as per respective network JSMD defined and high network availability with respect to equipment, Land cable and submarine cable.
- Spares and Inventory maintenance of all LS transmission and power feeding equipment, land, power cables and associated jointing accessories. Routine Circuit testing and handing over to backhaul / ITMC. Upkeep and Maintenance of backhaul connectivity records network wise.
- Processes implementation - Ensuring and follow up of implementing the existing processes and quality system , all the relevant records for audits and compliance.
- Maintenance and upkeep of the entire landing station test equipment and their calibration.
- Effective feedback and growth - Encouraging Self and Team members to maintain high motivation levels all the time, providing effective feedback for the growth and team development.
- Initiating and ensuring completion of all the tasks in a stipulated time manner, Increase productivity and quality of service delivery for self and team members.
- Co-coordinating with govt. departments for various permits and licenses pertaining to Submarine cable repair and BMH maintenance
