Abhijith Preman & Co. LLP is a Chartered Accountancy and transaction advisory firm with offices in Bengaluru, Kochi and Calicut. We work with growth-stage startups and SMEs on Virtual CFO services, audit, compliance, financial modelling, due diligence, and fundraising.
We are hiring a Team Lead for our Kochi branch.
Qualification: Chartered Accountant with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience
Location: Kochi
CTC: Up to 12 LPA
What you will do
1. Lead the Kochi team: plan, allocate and coordinate all client work
2. Review deliverables before they go to the Partner or the client
3. Train and support junior team members and articles
4. Coordinate with the Partner on engagement status, scope and escalations
5. Own client relationships: manage expectations, timelines and communication
6. Own the profitability of the Kochi branch: billing, recovery, utilisation
7. Ensure every allocated engagement is completed correctly and on time
What we are looking for
1. Strong working knowledge of accounting, audit, income tax and GST
2. Prior experience in financial modelling, due diligence or pitch decks is an added advantage
3. Proficiency in Zoho Books, Tally ERP 9 and Microsoft Excel is a must
4. Strong communication and people-management skills
5. Comfortable reviewing others' work and taking ownership of the output
