Team Lead - Business Development
Experience: - Minimum 2-3 years of Experience in Telesales 1 years of experience in Team Handling
Role : Work from Call Centre (Call Centre locations to travel): - Wilson Garden Bangalore - Banshankri Bangalore - Mathikere Bangalore
Roles Responsibilities
Making enhanced outbound calls on leads provided by the company (On requirement)
Achieving sales targets by acquiring new clients and growing business from existing client
Doing Daily call audits for team, Call Center and agents and making necessary reports on it.
Manage team and Call Centre performance, related to the assigned process.
To ensure all members of the team Call Centre are fully informed of targets and current sales positions
To be a pro-active member of the team and support all calls.
To collate, analyze and utilize call statistics to manage and improve the sales performance of the team.
Good in Analytics and strategies.
To ensure that the Call Center KPIs are met.
Implementing sales strategies
Monitoring Evaluating the performance of the sales agencies
Setting weekly and monthly sales targets Compiling and presenting sales
Skills And Requirements
Bachelors degree
Should be Experience in telesales
Strong leadership and sales skills
Excel and Powerpoint knowledge is must
Ability to multitask
Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work well under pressure
Ability to write and present reports
Strong organizational skills
