Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Team Lead - Business Development (Admissions), based in Pune City. The individual will oversee lead generation initiatives, manage and mentor a team to meet admissions targets, and develop strategies to enhance student enrollment. The role involves engaging in effective communication with prospective students, analyzing trends, and optimizing processes to drive growth within the admissions department.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Lead Generation and a strong understanding of student acquisition strategies
- Strong Communication skills to liaise effectively with prospective students and team members
- Team Management and Team Leadership capabilities to guide and motivate a high-performing team
- Strong Analytical Skills to identify trends, measure performance, and make data-driven decisions
- Experience in the education sector or ed-tech industry is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven ability to meet or exceed business development targets
