Job details:
Purpose : Lead the team of Business Analysts for set of applications mapped as Team Lead BSG, to analyze the existing business solutions and processes, identify their gaps and needs, suggest solutions to fill the gaps for efficient functioning of the bank.
Evaluate the Business Case logged in Jira tool for FICO Cloud Platform, for solution analysis (either new Commercial Off the Shelf or Bespoke application) or new module/enhancements in existing applications) and impact assessment of existing solution and integrations
Evaluate the business solution considering all aspects including business requirement fitment, infrastructure requirements, hosting of solution (Cloud or On Premise), Budget spends, vendor risk rating etc.
Prioritize the new demands basis current book of work with top priority to Regulatory & Compliance, followed by business priorities.
Work closely with team of Business Analysts in finalizing the Functional Design of the business solution.
Prepare, update and optimize the budgets for respective applications mapped to the team. Focus on workforce planning to ensure optimal utilization of resources.
Prepare and share executive updates, maintain regular connect with all stakeholders and work for continuous improvements.
