About the Role: About the Role: We are looking for a Team Lead – Broker Engagement to manage and grow the broker network for the client’s real estate marketplace business across assigned micro-markets. The role involves broker onboarding and activation, relationship management, operational coordination, SOP adherence, and driving supply generation, visits, and closures. This is a field-driven execution role requiring strong stakeholder management, operational excellence, and marketplace operations experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build, onboard, and manage a high-performing broker network across assigned micro-markets to drive marketplace growth and supply generation.
- Strengthen broker relationships and engagement to improve productivity, retention, and overall marketplace adoption.
- Ensure adherence to operational SOPs, SLAs, lead management, visit coordination, and customer handling standards.
- Conduct broker training and enablement sessions on platform workflows, marketplace processes, and transaction management.
- Collaborate with Supply, Inside Sales, and Operations teams to improve listing activation, visit efficiency, and transaction closures.
- Track broker performance, operational metrics, and field insights to drive accountability, process improvement, and business outcomes.
Requirements:
- 3–6 years of experience in broker engagement, channel partner management, marketplace operations, or hyperlocal business operations.
- Strong understanding of local broker ecosystem preferred
- Strong relationship management and negotiation skills
- Comfortable with field operations and on-ground coordination
- Strong execution and operational management skills
