Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Lead - BPO - Voice Process, based in Dadri. The Team Lead will manage daily operations of a voice-based customer support team, ensuring operational efficiency and meeting performance targets. Responsibilities include overseeing team performance, mentoring team members, resolving escalations, and ensuring adherence to quality standards. The role involves closely collaborating with stakeholders, maintaining SLAs, and driving process improvements.
Qualifications
- Strong Team Leadership and Team Management skills, including mentoring and performance monitoring
- Proven experience in Operations Management and ensuring adherence to quality and performance metrics
- Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective team coordination and client interactions
- Proficient in Analytical Skills to assess performance data and identify areas for improvement
- Problem-solving abilities and flexibility to meet operational demands and tight deadlines
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field
- Experience in the BPO industry or managing voice processes is preferred
- Proficiency in relevant tools and software to monitor and track team performance
