Job Summary
We are hiring an experienced Team Lead to manage operations in Telecom or E-commerce domain. The candidate will be responsible for leading a team, ensuring performance targets, and delivering high-quality customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead a team of customer support executives (voice/non-voice)
- Monitor team performance and ensure KPI/SLA adherence
- Handle escalations and provide timely resolutions
- Conduct team briefings, training, and performance reviews
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in BPO industry
- Prior experience as Team Lead
- Strong communication and team management skills
- Ability to work in rotational shifts
