Role Description The Team Lead – Bench Sales Recruiter is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This role is responsible for leading and mentoring a team of bench sales recruiters to effectively market and place consultants with client organizations and vendor partners. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing bench pipelines, identifying new business opportunities, negotiating rates, and maintaining strong relationships with clients, vendors, and consultants. The team lead will monitor performance metrics, provide coaching and training, and ensure that recruitment and sales activities align with company goals and compliance standards. The role also involves collaborating with internal stakeholders on staffing strategies, reporting on team performance, and continuously improving processes to increase placements and revenue.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess market trends, evaluate consultant profiles, track performance metrics, and optimize bench sales strategies.
- Proven Team Management abilities, including leading, coaching, and motivating recruitment or sales teams, along with performance monitoring and feedback.
- Excellent Customer Service orientation to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, vendors, and consultants while resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, for negotiation, coordination with stakeholders, and clear documentation of recruitment activities.
- Demonstrated Sales skills, including lead generation, prospecting, rate negotiation, closing deals, and achieving or exceeding placement targets.
- Experience in bench sales recruitment, IT staffing, or related staffing services, preferably in US or international markets.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment portals, social media sourcing, and CRM tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in recruitment and sales leadership.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet time-sensitive client and project requirements.
- Knowledge of staffing compliance practices and standard recruitment processes is an advantage.
