Job Summary
We are hiring an experienced Team Leader for an International Banking Process. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, proven experience managing teams in an international banking process within the BPO industry, and the ability to drive operational excellence while consistently achieving business KPIs.
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Team Leader in an International Banking Process.
- Current or most recent on-paper designation must be Team Leader.
- Experience must be from the International BPO industry.
- Experience in an International Banking Process is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team handling international banking operations.
- Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of productivity, quality, SLA, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Conduct regular coaching sessions, feedback discussions, and performance reviews.
- Handle customer and process escalations effectively.
- Ensure adherence to banking regulations, client guidelines, and company policies.
- Analyze performance reports and implement action plans for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with Quality, Training, Workforce Management, and Operations teams to achieve business objectives.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Drive employee engagement and maintain a high-performing team culture.
Required Skills
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Sound knowledge of international banking operations and BPO processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and reporting tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience in the International BPO industry is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience managing operational KPIs, SLA compliance, quality metrics, and team performance.
