Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Team Lead for a full-time, on-site role based in Kerala. The Team Lead will be responsible for managing and motivating a team, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring objectives are achieved. Responsibilities include mentoring team members, allocating tasks, streamlining workflows, and resolving team conflicts. Strong collaboration with other departments as well as reporting to management will also be essential for success in this role. The ideal candidate will foster a positive and productive team environment while maintaining quality and achieving project goals efficiently.
