Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Leader, located in Guwahati. The Team Leader will oversee project execution, coordinate team activities, allocate resources, and ensure project milestones are met within deadlines. Responsibilities include managing team performance, mentoring team members, fostering collaboration, and troubleshooting challenges. The role also involves facilitating communication between team members and stakeholders while maintaining a focus on delivering quality output.
