Key Responsibilities:-
Drive end-to-end sales for higher education programs (MBA, PGDM, Certification, Executive Programs, etc.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through effective prospecting and follow-ups.
Ensure high conversion rates from leads to enrollments.
Collaborate with marketing, operations, and academic teams to ensure smooth student onboarding.
Manage CRM tools to maintain accurate data and track sales performance.
Analyze sales metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
Identify market trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities for business growth.
Good communication skills.
Key Requirements :-
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in B2C EdTech sales; higher education sales preferred.
2+ years of experience in team handling and achieving revenue targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to handle high-volume leads and manage large teams.
Experience working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Strong student counselling & relationship-building skills.
