🔑 Key Responsibilities:
✔️ 2–5 years of experience in Technical Support & Operations Management
👥 Lead & manage the VPN technical support team
📊 Monitor daily operations & ensure SLA compliance
⚙️ Handle escalations & complex technical issues
🤝 Collaborate with cross-functional teams
📚 Train & mentor team members
✅ Requirements:
🌐 Strong knowledge of VPN concepts & troubleshooting
💬 Excellent communication & leadership skills
🔄 Willingness to work in rotational shifts
