Role Description
This is a full-time, The Team Lead will be responsible for supervising day-to-day operations, mentoring team members, monitoring project progress, and ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes. Additional duties include coordinating with stakeholders, identifying process improvements, and driving team performance to meet business objectives. The Team Lead will also foster an environment for collaboration, innovation, and compliance with organizational standards.

- Project Management and Stakeholder Communication expertise
- Problem-solving, Analytical Thinking, and Process Improvement abilities
- Proficiency in using relevant tools and technology for project tracking
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Commitment to adhering to quality, safety, and regulatory standards
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical electrical - 15 + Years exp.
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role in Metro car manufacturing Industry
- Knowledge of inspection, certification, testing, or engineering services is an advantage
- Must be from metro, rolling stock manufacturing background
