Role Description The Team Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Srinagar, responsible for supervising and guiding a team involved in loan origination and financial services sales. The role includes overseeing daily operations, allocating targets, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring adherence to compliance and documentation standards. The Team Lead will support team members in managing leads, coordinating with bank and NBFC partners, resolving operational issues, and maintaining accurate reporting. This position also involves coaching and mentoring staff, driving process improvements, and contributing to the achievement of branch and company sales goals.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills, including experience supervising sales or operations teams.
- Proficiency in sales processes within financial services, especially loan origination and customer acquisition.
- Knowledge of banking and NBFC products, basic credit evaluation, and regulatory and documentation requirements.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to work with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze performance data, prepare reports, and use MS Office or similar tools for tracking and planning.
- Proven ability to work in a structured, compliance-driven environment and meet defined targets and timelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; relevant experience in DSAs, outsourcing, or financial services is preferred.
- Comfort working on-site in Srinagar and collaborating in a fast-paced, growth-focused organization.
