Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Team Lead role based in Noida. The Team Lead will oversee and manage a team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality results by assigning tasks, providing mentorship, and driving team performance. Responsibilities include developing project plans, monitoring progress, resolving internal and external challenges, and maintaining strong communication with stakeholders. The role requires strategic decision-making, performance management, and adherence to project deadlines.
Qualifications
- Team leadership and management skills, including task delegation and performance monitoring
- Strategic planning and decision-making abilities
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in problem-solving and conflict resolution
- Understanding of the real estate or proptech industry is an advantage
- Proven track record of achieving team targets and project milestones
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (equivalent experience will also be considered)
