📢 We're Hiring – Team Leader (Sales)
Company: Solve LegalX (A Unit of Solve Axis Consultancy Pvt. Ltd.) is a growing online legal & compliance services company serving clients across India.
📍 Location: Tagore Park, Kolkata
Position: Team Leader – Sales
Eligibility:
✅ 2–5 years of Tele Sales/Inside Sales experience
✅ Minimum 1 year as a Team Leader/Sales Supervisor
✅ Experience in Legal Services, Trademark, GST, Company Registration, or similar legal products preferred
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000/month (Negotiable) + Attractive Performance Incentives
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and motivate the sales team
• Achieve team sales targets
• Monitor call quality and CRM
• Conduct performance reviews and coaching
• Handle customer escalations
• Prepare sales reports
