Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Patna for the position of Team Lead. The Team Lead will oversee daily operations, manage a team to meet performance targets, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely execution of tasks. Responsibilities include creating strategies to enhance productivity, analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring that team goals align with organizational objectives. The role also involves mentoring team members, resolving operational challenges, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
