Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for the position of Team Lead. The Team Lead will oversee and manage project execution, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure timely delivery of objectives. Responsibilities include mentoring team members, driving process improvements, and managing team performance. Additional tasks involve effective communication with stakeholders to align on project goals and maintain high-quality standards in deliverables.
Qualifications
- Leadership and team management skills, including the ability to mentor and motivate team members
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Project management skills, with experience in coordinating cross-functional teams
- Analytical skills for process improvement and performance monitoring
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project needs and priorities
- Proficiency in relevant software/tools is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Prior experience in a leadership role is advantageous
