Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Team Lead based in Pune. The Team Lead will oversee and coordinate project execution, manage team performance to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables, and serve as a point of contact between clients and internal stakeholders. Responsibilities also include mentoring team members, resolving challenges, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies. The role demands leadership, effective communication, and a focus on continuous process improvement.
Qualifications
- Leadership and Team Management skills, fostering collaboration and team motivation
- Strong Analytical Thinking, Decision-Making, and Problem-Solving skills
- Proficiency in Communication and Interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and cross-functional teams
- Project Management experience with an ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of Risk Mitigation, Fraud Detection, and Compliance processes
- Proficiency in industry-specific tools and technology
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; certifications in risk management or related fields are a plus
- Prior experience in a similar role within risk consulting or investigations is advantageous
