Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Team Lead, based in Nadiad. The Team Lead will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring timely completion of deliveries, monitoring team performance, and maintaining service quality standards. Responsibilities include coordinating with cross-functional teams, implementing operational processes, addressing escalations, and driving performance metrics. Additional duties include mentoring and supervising team members, troubleshooting operational challenges, and ensuring customer satisfaction through seamless execution.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills, including the ability to delegate tasks and monitor performance effectively.
- Proficiency in operational planning, coordination, and process implementation to achieve organizational goals.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills to address challenges in real-time and maintain service standards.
- Proficient in communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, on-site environment with a focus on meeting deadlines and optimizing efficiency.
- Tech-savvy and familiarity with logistics technologies would be an added advantage.
- Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
