Role Description
We are seeking a qualified Team Lead to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the health information management team in our Gurugram office. This is a full-time, on-site role where the Team Lead will coordinate team activities, monitor staff performance, ensure service delivery aligns with organizational standards, and implement process improvements. The role also includes mentoring team members, resolving conflicts, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality assurance measures.
Qualifications
- Leadership and Team Management: Experience in leading teams, mentoring team members, and fostering teamwork to achieve organizational goals.
- Healthcare and Information Management: Knowledge of health information systems, medical data management, and regulatory compliance in the healthcare domain.
- Organizational and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to coordinate team activities, handle multiple tasks, and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to build positive working relationships.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in relevant software and tools used for health information management and reporting.
- Relevant Experience and Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field and previous experience in a supervisory or team lead position within the healthcare industry are preferred.
