Savit Interactive is expanding its AI-First technology team, and weโre looking for an experienced Team Lead โ Digital Delivery to act as the central delivery owner across SEO, Paid Media, and Web Development teams for a high-volume reseller client. This role is responsible for ensuring seamless coordination, timely execution, and consistent quality delivery across 150+ accounts.

Leadership & Delivery Management
โข Supervise a cross-functional team (SEO Managers, PPC Managers, Web Dev Managers).
โข Monitor timelines, ticket SLAs, team bandwidth, and workflow prioritization.
โข Own internal daily/weekly WIP reviews and escalate delivery gaps proactively.
Client Communication & Escalation Handling
โข Serve as the senior point of contact for Patient News (alongside client-side AMs).
โข Align reporting formats, frequency, SOP expectations, and delivery cadence.
โข Participate in key monthly/quarterly review calls and prepare performance summaries.
Cross-Functional Team Enablement
โข Ensure that SEO, PPC, Web, and Content teams collaborate effectively.
โข Drive accountability across departments for task ownership and closure.
โข Oversee initial conditioning of new hires and bridge handoffs to team managers.
Quality, Compliance & Strategy Oversight
โข Review performance dashboards, quality checklists, and project plans.
โข Enforce checklists, template compliance, escalation loops, and SOP adherence.
โข Guide strategy shifts or delivery pivots based on client goals and feedback.
๐นRequired Skills & Qualifications*:
โข 8+ years of experience managing cross-functional digital teams.
โข Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, and WordPress/technical web workflows.
โข Excellent English communication, documentation, and client-handling skills.
โข Experience with PM tools (Monday.com, Trello, or similar), analytics dashboards, and SOP creation.
โข Ability to work in overlapping shifts with North American teams and lead across time zones.
