We're Hiring: Team Leader – North Vertical | RupeeBoss | Gurugram (Sector 47)
RupeeBoss has helped MSMEs access ₹15,000 crore+ in loans since 2016, with a strong presence across South and West India. We've now opened our North India vertical — and we're looking for a Team Leader to lead this from the ground up in Gurugram.
What you'll do:
- Lead and grow our existing North team
- Hire and build out Telecallers, RMs & SRMs
- Drive process discipline and expansion across North India
- Own your market, your team, your numbers
Who we're looking for:
3–7 years in BFSI/loan distribution sales or team leadership
Proven experience hiring and scaling sales teams
Entrepreneurial mindset, ready to build something from day one
