What You’ll Do:
- Lead & Inspire: Manage a team of telesales representatives to achieve and exceed daily B2C sales targets.
- Strategize: Develop winning call strategies and oversee daily team operations to ensure seamless delivery of SLAs.
- Coach & Develop: Provide consistent feedback, training, and coaching to elevate your team’s performance and career growth.
- Ensure Excellence: Monitor performance metrics, manage attrition, and ensure full compliance with industry regulations.
- Problem Solve: Act as the primary point of contact for business queries and resolve audit-related issues efficiently.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 5–9 years in Sales Management (Telesales/BPO preferred).
- Skills: Expertise in Team Handling, Attrition Management, and B2C Sales strategies.
- Education: Any Graduate.
- Mindset: A proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
