Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Bagli for the position of Team Lead. The Team Lead will oversee daily operations and guide their team to achieve business objectives. Responsibilities include setting goals, monitoring team performance, training and motivating team members, conducting regular check-ins, and ensuring timely execution of tasks. The individual will also be responsible for preparing reports, identifying operational challenges, and implementing solutions to improve efficiency and outcomes while fostering collaboration within the team and with external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational, leadership, and team management skills
- Proficiency in communication, including verbal communication and report writing, for effective interaction with team members and stakeholders
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to analyze performance and address operational challenges
- Basic understanding of technology tools and platforms to manage workflows and productivity
- Flexibility to adapt to dynamic and on-site working environments in Bagli
- Relevant experience in team management or leadership roles, preferably in a sales, training, or operations function
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
- Knowledge of digital financial products or experience in similar industries is a plus.
