We are looking for a **results-driven Team Leader β Inside Sales** to manage and mentor a high-performing team of Inside Sales Representatives (ISR). This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a target-driven environment and has strong experience in team handling and B2B sales.

### π **Key Responsibilities**
* Lead and manage a team of ~12β15 Inside Sales Representatives
* Monitor daily calling, follow-ups, and sales conversions
* Drive B2B sales initiatives and identify new opportunities
* Support team members in negotiations and closing deals
* Track performance and provide coaching, feedback, and training
* Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
* Review sales pipelines and optimize lead management
* Conduct team meetings, role plays, and performance reviews
* Assist in client presentations and product demonstrations
* Collaborate with marketing and operations teams
* Build strong client relationships and handle escalations

* Strong B2B and inside sales experience
* Proven track record of achieving/exceeding targets
* Experience in team handling and performance management
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
* Ability to coach and motivate teams
* Knowledge of sales pipeline management and CRM tools
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
