🚨 We're Hiring | Team Lead – Sr. Business Development Manager / Lead Generation Manager
📍 Location: Hyderabad
💼 Job Type: Full-Time
🕒 Experience: 5–8 Years
📅 Working Days: 6 Days/Week
⏰ Work Timings: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
We're looking for an experienced Team Lead – Sr. Business Development Manager / Lead Generation Manager to lead a team of 3 Lead Generation Executives and drive outbound B2B lead generation for global IT services clients.
✅ Key Requirements:
• 5–8 years in B2B Lead Generation, Business Development, or Inside Sales
• Minimum 2 years of team handling experience
• Experience in IT Services, SaaS, or Technology Consulting
• Hands-on with HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, Outreach & LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Experience targeting GCC, US, UK & Europe markets
• Strong leadership, communication, and pipeline generation skills
• GCC/Middle East market experience is an added advantage
