Role Description
Neo Plus Pte Ltd is seeking a full-time Team Lead to oversee and manage project teams across various industrial and commercial assignments. The role is on-site and based in Hyderabad. Responsibilities include leading team meetings, assigning tasks, ensuring timely project delivery, designing workflows, monitoring on-going progress, and acting as a liaison between clients, stakeholders, and project teams. The Team Lead will also provide technical guidance, ensure adherence to quality standards, and drive client satisfaction through effective project execution.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership and team management skills, including task delegation and performance tracking
- Technical expertise in Industrial Telecom and Security Systems, including PAGA systems, RF Coverage solutions, and industrial cybersecurity
- Strong analytical skills for conceptual studies, engineering designs, and technical & commercial bid evaluations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with clients, stakeholders, and team members effectively
- Knowledge of ISO9001:2015 processes and quality assurance best practices
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, with a focus on complete project lifecycle management
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field
- Experience in engineering and consulting within the energy, petrochemical, or industrial markets is an advantage
