Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Team Lead role located in Jamnagar. The Team Lead will manage and guide a team to execute high-quality IT infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and business objectives. Key responsibilities include overseeing team performance, coordinating task assignments, managing project timelines, ensuring service-level adherence, and solving technical challenges. The role also involves mentoring team members, maintaining seamless communication with clients and stakeholders, and providing strategic guidance to achieve project success.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in IT Infrastructure, Cloud Management, and Information Security
- Knowledge of Modern IT Operations, Datacenter strategies, and Digital Workplace solutions
- Experience with NextGen Networking, IIOT/Edge technologies, and Monitoring systems
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for managing projects and client relationships
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate technical challenges
- Past experience in delivering IT Infrastructure projects within various industry verticals is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
