Role Description

We are seeking a Team Lead for a full-time, on-site role at our Bhopal headquarters. The Team Lead will oversee daily team operations, ensure targets are met, and maintain high-quality deliverables. Responsibilities include coordinating tasks, mentoring team members, and addressing operational challenges to achieve project goals. The role involves collaborating with various departments, implementing process improvements, and providing reports on team performance and insights for organizational growth.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management skills, including the ability to motivate and mentor team members.
• Proficiency in workflow management, task delegation, and performance monitoring.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Experience in project coordination and meeting organizational goals and deadlines.
• Proficiency in operational tools, reporting, and the ability to analyze performance metrics.
• Experience in BPO, BPM, or a related field is a plus.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
