π― Key Responsibilities
β Drive city-level Channel Sales & ECV targets
β Build, scale, and retain a strong Broker / Channel Partner network
β Lead daily CP engagements to drive consistent lead generation
β Manage CP payouts and build long-term partnerships
β Ensure brand integrity and operational excellence
β Mentor and lead the city Channel Sales team
π What Weβre Looking For

Graduate/Postgraduate with 8+ years in Real Estate & Channel Sales
β
Strong broker / channel partner network in Bangalore or Gurgaon
β
Proven leadership and team management experience
β
Strategic, result-driven mindset
β
Fluency in regional languages
β‘ Interview Mode: Virtual
π Interview Rounds: 3 -4
